After embarrassing himself and getting dropped by his publisher, once notable author, WHEATON TUTTLE leaves city life behind to spend the next 12 months in a remote cabin in the Bitterroot Mountains to write his next great novel. Except he doesn’t know a thing about living off the grid.
Not quite ready to leave the comforts of modernity, he stays at a bed and breakfast where he meets the owner, OCTAVIA JOLICOEUR. Despite their differences, they hit it off. He heads into the woods, battling Nature and himself in the hopes of figuring his shit out.
